Week 3, Term 4 Activities in 4MB

Dear Parents,
Here are some photos working out where to place a 'pool' in the valley. Students had to work out the length of each side to work out the area of the pool and the fencing to go around it.

Thank you to the band for your wonderful performance last week at assembly.

We had the priviledge of having TaikOz come to perform at our school this Wednesday. Way to go Noah for your outstanding drumming skills.

Since the end of last term, we have been using google docs and CANVAS to complete some of our work. You can access their wonderful work they have been doing by logging into SLIK at home. Have your son/daughter show you some of their writing they have completed.

Just a reminder that we are going to Palm Beach tomorrow! Everyone will need to bring their swimmers, towel, thongs, school sun hat and sunblock.

Kind regards,
Michelle Brixen

Welcome back to Term 4

Dear Parents,
Welcome back to Term 4. I hope that you had time to relax with the whole family during the school holidays.

It is hard to believe that we are now in Term 4. Here are some pictures of us in Maths. We are focussing on Mass this week.

We will be hosting a friendship program that empower children with the skills, language, and self confidence to be better friends and develop healtheir relationships by an organisation called URStrong. This will be a valuable workshop for students and parents. Please see the flyer below for more information.

Here are some important dates for you to remember this term:
URStrong Language Friendship Parent-Child Workshop - Monday 28 October
Transition Morning - Monday 2 December
Class Party Day - Wednesday 4 December
Year 3 - 6 Presentation Day - Thursday 5 December

Kind regards,
